Advance Care Planning Workshops
As part of our monthly Wellness Series, we are excited to partner with Tamara Leonard from Dying with Dignity in providing free workshops in Advance Care Planning to our members.
Both workshops will cover the same material.
There is a sign-up sheet at the front desk for all members planning on attending these workshops

Potential second workshop (Group 2)
Friday, November 13th, 2-4 pm.
