Are you looking after a spouse, family member, or friend? Do you need support?
Drop into the support group, where you will discover new friends who understand your journey. This is a safe place where personal feelings, coping strategies, and information will be shared while encouragement and comfort are offered by people who care.
Location: The Centre Activity Room, downstairs off the kitchen.
Date: Every third Monday of the month.
Time: 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
