Hatha (mat) Yoga Thursday 12:30 pm
This class is a beginner level and focuses on the basics as we take our time getting into each pose. These poses, combined with the breath, will help to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. Whether you are new to yoga or are familiar with the practice, Hatha Yoga will help you develop balance, strength and flexibility.
