Aerobics

Aerobics: This is a fun hour of medium paced, low  impact aerobic exercise. Includes movement component,  resistance component (weights) and a stretching  component. Proper footwear required. 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday  9:00 – 10:00 am 

Lead by certified group fitness instructor Barb Jefferies.

Member fee: 10 tickets for $40
